Movie Night – Forces of Nature

I know this is out of sync, and I have to apologise for running away again! Long story, which I won’t explain just now, but might tell you later – who knows… you may find it interesting? In the meantime – a slightly delayed movie night suggestion…

I’ve gone back to one of my absolute favourite movies tonight. ‘Forces of Nature’ has a great soundtrack and  some brilliant photography – it’s a pleasure to watch 🙂 Although that may be the meds talking 😉 Here’s the trailer so you can make your own decision.:

Movie Night: Divergent

thX0A5YLMIIt’s been one of those weeks – therefore: action flick.

Fighting, sarky one-liners, training montages and a cute British lad, with tattoos, doing an American accent.

Not to mention, a whole new book series/movie franchise. This should keep me going for a while!

Ladies & gentlemen, the joys of Divergent:

All is once again right with the (dystopian) world 🙂

Movie Night: Sunshine on Leith

thSo… after an afternoon of rugby internationals – congrats Wales, commiserations Scotland & England – I felt the need to take a break from the sports viewing for a bit.. I will be watching the NFL tomorrow after all!

And what is the perfect antedote to professional sports? Yes… that’s right…a musical based on the stylings of the Proclaimers and set in another of my favourite cities – Edinburgh (more on that in a future post, I’m sure).

Ladies & Gentlemen, I give you…(the trailer of) ‘Sunshine on Leith’!

With squaddies, family drama, romance and shedloads of comedy all against the backdrop of ‘Auld Reekie’ (aka the Scottish capital), I dare you not to have a huge smile on your face at the end of ‘500 miles’!

Enjoy x

BTW I was making Sloppy Joes while watching the Scotland v All Blacks game, and my house smells sooo good right now!! I only hope they taste as good 🙂
